"I had an issue with the tailboard on our John Deere S770 combine where the welds had worn through and the tailboard was vibrating badly. It was starting to affect crop flow and I didn’t want it turning into a bigger problem during harvest. Service came directly out to the field, which saved a lot of downtime. They inspected the damage, reinforced the worn areas, and rewelded the tailboard solidly. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and the vibration was completely gone once we fired the machine back up. Really appreciated the fast response and willingness to do the work on-site instead of hauling the combine to the shop. Solid repair and great service when it mattered most during harvest."
